Accommodation Manager (Executive Housekeeper)

Own housekeeping across the lodge, clubhouse and guest areas, from pre-opening through to operation.

From £50,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus

The role

Builds the department: standard operating procedures, inspection and turndown procedures, VIP protocols, and par levels for linen, amenities and chemicals.

Plans opening inventories and CapEx, FF&E and OS&E requirements, and manages budgets and labour.

Recruits and develops the housekeeping team and runs quality assurance to the club's standards.

Hours

• In season: shift-based, five days across Monday to Sunday.
• Off season: Monday to Friday, office-based, with options to work from home.
